Mental Health Coaches provide specialist peer support to help health and wellbeing services achieve positive outcomes for their clients. Once trained, these coaches combine their own experience of managing mental health difficulties with evidence-based skills and knowledge to help clients thrive in their recovery.
Coaches promote autonomy and encourage clients to be less dependent on services. They guide their coachees to uncover the capacity they already possess, and help to initiate them into supportive social networks to create a sustainable, lifelong plan to manage their own wellbeing.
Our wellbeing coaching in mental health training courses are designed specifically for organisations and larger groups – if you are looking for individual coaching please get in touch with us to find out more.
